The Beige Cockail
The Beige Cocktail is a small Trader Vic’s cocktail that shows up in the 1974 Trader Vic’s Rum Cookery and Drinkery book. It’s a simple drink and one of the rare instances where Trader Vic calls to use an electric drink mixer.
Beige Cocktail
Ingredients
¼ oz dark Jamaican rum
1 oz Kahlua
½ oz heavy cream
Directions
- Blend in an electric drink mixer. Strain into small glass. No garnish
