This is a great book if you’re looking to expand your cocktail knowledge into the new and different, especially if you live tequila and mezcal.
Tropical Cyclone
Ingredients
1 barspoon vanilla extract
½ oz lemon juice (15 ml)
¾ oz melon liqueur (22.5 ml)
¾ oz tamarind puree (22.5 ml)
1 ½ oz orange juice (45 ml)
2 oz aged rum (60 ml)
Directions
- Shake or flash blend with crushed or nugget ice. Open pour with more ice if needed. Garnish with mint and a cherry flag with orange slice
