Gallito
The Gallito comes from the Rayo Cocktail Bar in Mexico City and can be found in the amazing book Mexico City Cocktails: An Elegant Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by the City of Palaces by Martha Marquez. This cocktal has plenty of smoke from the mezcal but is balanced out with the large amount of juice which makes this an excellent summer time sipper.

Ingredients
2 oz orange juice (60 ml)
2 oz pineapple juice (60 ml)
½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
½ oz strawberry raspberry syrup (15 ml)
½ oz rum (15 ml)
1 oz Campari (30 ml)
1 oz mezcal (30 ml)
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into tall glass with new ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
