This Jägermeister cocktail was based on the original Surfer on Acid from Eric Tecosky, which was equal parts pineapple juice, Malibu rum, and Jägermeister. It's a relatively simple and elegant drink in a familiar Trader Vic style. The difference here is the use of whole pieces of fruit in the drink mixer. The results are never consistent, but it's able to provide a unique texture and drinking experience.
